Job Summary:
The Hospitality Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative interior design solutions for hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and present design concepts and proposals for hospitality interior projects, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other hospitality establishments.
2. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and project teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of project requirements, including space planning, color schemes, materials, and furniture selection.
4. Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations using industry-standard software.
5. Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project's design vision, budget, and quality standards.
6. Prepare and present design presentations to clients, incorporating visual aids such as mood boards, sample boards, and 3D renderings.
7. Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns, ensuring design consistency and quality throughout the project.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design concepts into projects.
9. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts and specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) in hospitality interior design, preferably with a focus on luxury projects.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful completion of hospitality interior design projects.
4. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. In-depth knowledge of current design trends, materials, and construction techniques within the hospitality industry.
6. Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and project teams.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
